I think you should redefine harrassment so that you can fight back as long as you initiate the fighting, and dont get any kills in. This would be much better because most people instincively hit back when theyre attacked (even in no pvp areas). Also, fighting back doesnt necessarily mean you condone the fighting, it could simply mean you trying not to die. Of course, this doesn't apply when you're warping to a pvp warp.
Jigsaw I think russ is trying to say that if someone kills you then they come back to kill you say for the 3rd time and u instinctively punch back, that it shouldn't count towards fighting back, hence allowing the original attacker to kill you another time which would be harassment if u don't count instinctive fighting back as actual fighting. Which i think would be too hard to enforce and really not that practical of an amendment to add to the current rules because of the fact that it would be have to be enforced off of hearsay, and jigs, i know how you love making decisions off of hearsay and everything
