How many times the bug/error happened to you: quite a bit often with sugar cane and other crops Any screenshots/other information you have: It seems to happen randomly other than the warping between worlds part.

Chat says that you died.
Web killing should be fixed. Let me know. I am still trying to figure out how things are disappearing. I will get back to you on that one.
Yea its fixed, I just got kicked last night when I was falling from a web thats why I asked you to tp, didn't know you had fixed it, I fell several times and it works perfectly! Thanks.
In my experience, when things disappear, they usually reappear in your chest/inventory. This is especially annoying with accidentally placing obsidian.
